Its patch 5.10 on lcs why no ekko??

lightdragoon882 votesAccording to the Rules: New and reworked champs are banned from LCS plays for about 2-4 weeks of the patch they were introduced.
So while they are on 5.10, Ekko cannot be used for a few more weeks.

Champions who have not been available on the live service for more than 2 weeks will be automatically restricted.
Champions that have undergone reworks will be subject to LCS discretion.
