I am a 16 year old boy from Sweden and to play in a official team is my biggest dream. Does anybody of you know where i can find a team willing to play with me or does any of you want to create a team with me? In that case contact me.

To tryout for a pro team or a challenger team they typically look for diamond + and not below, challenger is ofcourse preferred.
You can make your own team but you need to look at events, competitions everything around your areas and hope you get noticed and stand out to be picked for a challeneger team or a team trying to get into challenger.
Alternately look at what "open" tournaments are around, scouts also show up to these though they are not yet common place in a lot of countries.
Best thing you can do is focus on ranking up for now.
