I'm not sure if All-Star this year is going to be the same or different from last year but, I'm sure only 2 person with highest vote from the same region are pick to go to All-Star only if it still follow by the same rule last year.

So it would just be both Bjerg and DoubleLift, since they're the highest vote in NA (funny thing is, last year it was them both also)

So it would be like 2 NA 2 EU 2 KR 2 LPL 2 LMS

Nope, every region send their own team to All-Star, with LCK/LMS/NA fighting under Team Ice banner and EU/LPL/IWC fighting under Team fire banner, every roster of a certain team fight against the other team rosters, and in the end the best roster from Team Fire and the best from team Ice face each other

The 2 players rule regards the compotision of the team of every single region, es there can't be more than 2 guys coming from FNC, not more than 2 guys coming from SKt, not more than 2 guys coming from TSM and so on
