[TOOL] Follow your favorite teams / favorite players

So, if you follow the Esports scene, have a favorite player (or multiple) who you'd like to watch stream or play, this might be useful to you: https://teemo.gg/professional-teams/

It's a newly developed tool that lets users know which LoL professional players (NA, KR, CN, EU, OCE, BR, LAN, LAS) are playing at the moment: either if they're streaming or just playing in dynamic queue. You can have access to their replays (since their games are being recorded and are available) and to their social media (and stream websites) of choice!
