Team Fight Breakdown with Jatt: CLG vs. TSM

This week on Team Fight Breakdown we're looking at a sneaky -- yet effective -- strategy: The classic Baron bait. In Game 2 of the 2016 NA LCS Summer Split Semifinals, TSM denied Counter Logic Gaming's vision around Baron, beautifully drawing CLG towards them for a crushing 4 for 0 fight.

Before we get to the fight we need to understand why the bait setup was so good by TSM. For the past several minutes, TSM had been patrolling CLG's mid lane and jungle, placing three pink wards to make absolutely sure CLG didn't have vision in the river for the upcoming play. Since CLG can't see in the river or around Baron, they're forced into making extremely risky decisions when TSM disappear from their vision. But they also know that a crucial Baron is at risk.

As CLG begin wandering towards Baron, TSM draw them in by starting to kill it. From CLG’s perspective, Hauntzer's Gnar is trying to hold them back while the rest of TSM do Baron. Little does CLG know -- because of TSM's excellent vision denial -- that Bjergsen's Lissandra is waiting in his base, ready to Teleport in for a devastating team fight.
