Are there Japanese LoL teams?

98% of Japan's gaming comes from consoles.

Guess how many ppl play PC games there? Not much. Chances from thoose who play LoL? Even less.

(and for a strange data their PC games market is dominated by 18+ games)

Pretty sure they're not up to par with the likes of other regions. Even Turkey or OCE.
