Does LoL do eSports international tournaments like Dota 2? What is prize pool?
Can anyone take part? And I live in Pakistan and my server is NA so can I take part in these international tournaments ( if they are conducted) ?

League has a variety of tournaments at multiple levels. You can find tournament general information here: https://events.na.leagueoflegends.com/ (keep in mind this link is for North American tournaments only, you might need to do a bit of digging to find tournaments in other regions) and join a team to compete at these.
There are also 13 professional leagues around the world (NA, EU, China, Korea, Taiwan, LAN, LAS, Brazil, Turkey, Russia, Japan, Vietnam, OCE) that are officially run by or sanctioned by Riot as a premier league and numerous 'secondary' or 'challenger' leagues which play regular scheduled matches. Lastly, there are 4 international tournaments between the best players and teams from each professional league (MSI, Rift Rivals, Worlds, and All-stars).
If you want to partake in the professional scene, you'll need to first attract the attention of a team by, at absolute minimum, making it to challenger on the solo-queue ladder.
