Amateur Pro Scene/Recruitment

So my name is The Immoral One as you all can see, and i was wondering if there was a specific place i should go or find where teams are recruiting more and more. I am hovering around Diamond 1 - Masters and I dont think I'm like LCS worthy (yet). But i figured the best place to learn would be in the amateur scene or something like it but i cannot find any reliable teams/recruitment/scouting ground type things. When i look in play recruitment all i see is things from a year ago and I cannot seem to find any tryouts nearby or anything like that. Was just wondering if anyone knew of anything!
