No codes or promos?

Since season 3 just ended with SKTT1 taking the championship. There were no codes that were talked about or given out. Is Riot going to be giving out any skincodes or avatars this year?

they did do a giveout on a new laptop,mouse,keyboard,rp,skins like 2 weeks ago
