WHY BOTH HONG KONG AND MACAO PRO PLAYERS CAN CHOOSE LMS AND LPL?

I am a Hong Kong summoner and I think it is unfair for other players that Hong Kong and Macao pro players can choose LMS or LPL region as local region but other players can only play Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao server. As a result, please cancel this rule as you have divided Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao as one region, it is not possible for Hong Kong and Macau pro players to choose China as their region. Moreover, Hong Kong is not China, letting Hong Kong pro players choosing China region as local player is insulting Hong Kong.
