Watch and Learn mission

Hello, I see people got the icon from watch and learn missions, but I am still stuck at Watch and Learn II, I complete it, but next one did not show up. Have to wait like a week to got the second mission after I finished first, and now again nothing show up after completing. Any suggestions what I need to do ?
