Who will rise and fall with season 6?

With worlds now over, its time to prep for season 6! the preseason already is showing that there will be a ton of huge changes to pretty much every lane. (some more than others) So with new items and possibly a new meta, who do you think will rise to the occasion and who will drop? (any region is fair game)
