Corki is so OP

I think that corki has actually been over-valued by many teams. The reason he is really strong is specifically because of his potential burst damage along with his ability to play relatively safe at long ranges with his ult or safe in that he has some of the highest burst with tri-force yet he can still escape quite easily with the W.

That being said I think people are picking him because he isn't particularly risky, but of the safe ADC's hes probably the highest burst. Also most teams at this point don't feel confident in picking lanes that can beat corki early. Graves is one of the only AD's that can compete with him but picking graves relies on getting a 2v2 and winning that pretty hard.

There are picks that can be better given the right circumstances. It's just that no teams want to risk anything right now, especially this early in the group stage.

It is awesome watching him make his way back into the scene, but ultimately I think this is actually a very serious problem. The amount of pure damage Corki is putting out in these games is at a level that Riot needs to consider nerfing before we move onto the quarter final games.

It's at the point where teams are having to change their entire strategies so that they can either pick up Corki or ban him out.

Pre-nerf Twisted Fate was strong and an incredible nuisance, but even he was nowhere near the level of brokenness that we're seeing from Corki at the moment.

I seriously feel that Corki, has been under the rader for a while and I am glad to see him make a re-emergence, but really he isnt as broken as you are saying, he only won 1 game more than he lost, and most of those really big wins were against GG EU, He didnt really hard carry the game himself.

If anything I feel aatrox has been a bigger problem than corki, it is just people are really hyping up corki, and aatrox still really isnt making a big stir even though he is at a 100% winrate at 6 games

To kind of add to the discussion we are seeing these teams forced to adapt to the 3.11 patch fast. Ozone clearly cant keep up as its been stated Imp seems to refuse to play Corki or can't which leaves him wide open to be picked. I think it is going to be interesting to seem someone that is willing to play all the champs that are buffed considerably with recent change to triforce.

I always found him a strong pick and it is nice to see him get play. Though I am one of the guys playing AP corki atm. With the new Trinity he is a top tier pick and will probably be on the winning team 90% of the time if not banned :)
