Sponsor for Tournaments

I want to start a tournament because I know a large community of league of legends players that would be willing to join in the tournament for a decent amount of 5v5 teams to be created. How can I obtain a sponsor to apply for a tournament?

You can apply for prizing from Riot ^

Is this investigation and explanation enough for an 'unauthorized member' joining the tournament
