Is there a possible way to get translators for streams for other regions? Example Latin America North is only broadcast in spanish and I wish there was an alternative stream to watch some of the matches in english. Is this a possibility for other regions to get broadcasted in english? Please?

I'm pretty sure for major events (MSI, WORLDS) there's several streams from many regions and languages. For minor events such as local leagues or external events (IEM) it's a bit harder to find streams in other languages. Local leagues usually use the local language only for transmissions.
