Why it's hard to find a team to root for, and fantasy is broken

I noticed this a bit in seasons past, but s6 has been the craziest yet. Players are swapping teams like no one's business and it is hard on anyone who actually wants to pick a team to be a fan of or have any sort of team loyalty. Here with the LCS you can have the entire team change in a summoner 4 and suddenly your not even rooting for your own team anymore ie Fnatic (with the exception of Febiven, same thing but with Yellowstar last season.)

I'm not completely clear of the rules and guidelines for taking players on teams, but how many NA LCS players are even North Americans anymore?

Next, on to fantasy being broken. People are losing their fantasy leagues because of Ryu and Diamondprox randomly dropping out when they had predicted points and no indication earlier in the week that they would be dropped. It really ruins the experience to come check your fantasy points and find a big fat 0 with a "final" next to it on a player who was filling your mid lane spot. Ryu is from Korea and he didn't have a work permit in Germany. Shouldn't this have been dealt with earlier?

I guess in summation, I don't particularly like the lack of guidelines when it comes to who can represent North America or even Europe in the LCS and how players just seem to randomly swap in and out of teams on the daily. That being said, I believe that esports can be a great opportunity for players from other countries to find work and even move to the US-- I mean who doesn't love Huni and Reighnover-- it just leaves us with some consistency issues.

I don't really have an answer about how to fix it, just saying that I think there is a problem. Any thoughts and solutions from other minds would be appreciated.

I'm fine with the changes, I normally just like the organization or who I perceive to be good at the start of the split/season.

There are rules to how many people have to be from the region. 3 have to be residents of the region for at least 2 years. For example, look at most teams in China, and they'll have 2 Koreans and 3 Chinese, normally with the Koreans at either mid, top, or ADC.

The fantasy stuff is pretty dumb, I think that players should just be placeholders for the position on the team.
