Champion diversity is a myth at the competitive level, so long as "S tier" champions exist they will always be picked to the detriment of every other possible pick and/or strategy.

Ofc min-maxers will "stale" to a strict amount of champions they have to be best at.

I think games would be much mroe enjoyable if EuW-NA teams would try to form teams with a strategy rather than be just based on single player ability to make plays and teamwork. This is the main reason Koreans win a lot against them. And it might also bring in normally unused champions.
