I've heard this going around in some leauge games recently, supposedly the new Razer Talon http://www.razerzone.com/talon is to be banned at worlds 2014. Riot- is this true? and fans-- thoughts?

Based on what I'm reading, this could maybe cause a big advantage for the user player. So... maybe... ban worthy...
