Does anyone else feel like Phreak sounds like a know it all / cocky? For example
Both were in recent LCS matches Could be over thinking it, just seeing if anyone feels the same. It ruins the casting for me.
He's one of the most interesting casters to cast a game because of his jokes and puns keep it from getting boring. Especially if he's with Zirene or Kobe it's reallly fun and Phreak really tries to do his best to make it sound interesting, so much that his voice got hoarse.
Personally, I think he does a good job. The casters do two full days of games every week during the splits. They have to come up with new things to talk about to keep the broadcast from getting boring. From what I have heard, he is a really good player as well, so he knows quite a bit.

Just because he's diamond doesn't mean he's the bestest thing ever. He makes a lot of mistakes, I've seen his games... his old Spotlights make the game look like a joke when he'd say things like "Use W then R for an ez kill!" followed by "then I died but, say worth because typing it in chat makes it so"
Don't watch LCS or streamers, I still am not too fond of Phreak. I don't know him personally so I can't make a fair judgement on him, but I'd wish they had someone else do champion spotlights.
To Sukishoo and Gunpoint. Just because you two are bad at this game and don't want help from others, doesn't make Phreak stuck up. Phreak is the best player that works at Riot Games. And who cares about champion spotlights? They are meant to be funny. Chill out.
All of these guys while working at riot Consider them selves Game analysts and when they discus things they disagree sometimes. It happens. Being a competent analyst any one of these guys should defend their points and argue them as facts till proven otherwise. Its the only way to be taken seriously.
