Is league a real sport ?

Eh.... I think you're mistaking the age of a specific implementation of an activity with the age of the activity as a whole.

As a comparison, Nascar was founded in 1948, but has it's origins in car races on the Daytona Beach Road Course, which opened in 1902.

Similarly, while League of Legends itself is only 7 years old, the MOBA genre is significantly older. I remember playing MOBAs in Starcraft 1 (released 1998), my favorite being the oh so originally named "Left vs Right". The genre has been going strong for roughly 15 years at this point.

The way I see it League is just a different set of rules on the base game, in much the same way that Formula 1 and Nascar are different in their rules but still revolve around the "base game" of racing cars. Just like it wouldn't effect car racing being considered a sport if either Nascar or Formula 1 died, it won't effect MOBAs being considered an esport if League dies, so long as there's another MOBA to carry on the torch.

Short answer: no. While many people will go on and on about how "oh, it's in our culture so it just has to be", let's not forget the age of this compared to other actual sports. While baseball/football/basketball/hockey have literally been around for more than a hundred years, the fact this game wouldn't even be out of elementary school if it was a kid sorta makes me think that it's too early to say that it is one yet. Give it time, and it could possibly become a "sport", but as it stands right now it's a game and could just as easily die off in the next 5-10 years.

So... Soccer, baseball etc. was no sports when it was "invented"? The first persons to play these games didn't do sport because they were the first? How is age, or life expectancy of the game, of any interst on the question on wether or not it is a sport?

This question primarily ddepends on your definition of sport. The US, France, Russia, South Korea e.g. define it as sport. Several big traditional sport clubs such as Schalke 04 in germany or some basketball teams in the US seem to think the same.

And for the different teams and players it is most certainly not just a game...
