Scouting Grounds Question

Hi!

I have googled around and read what I can about scouting grounds and league PRO teams etc and I just would like to know how the behavior check works.

That I know of I personally have gotten 2 chat restictions but not more I have gotten bans for like 7 to 14 days aswell years ago just becuase I left games (I wasn't too into league back then) but other than that I havn't gotten banned at all but does my chat restrictions and bans due to leaving games stop me for getting into scouting grounds? I don't have the skill yet to get just that far but I am getting coaching but dont want it to go to waste if I can't even make it in due to old stupid mistakes
