New competitive league-focused site (advertised by protato monster), Ethos.gg

Hello, i am Quiet Steps and lately i have been searching for more rewarding ways to put my league skills into use. Today i stumbled upon Ethos.gg, after watching the new protatomonster video. I am looking for confirmation that Riot is aware of the existence of the site, in which case i would like to know if it is safe to sign-up and use their platform. It is still in early phase, so if any rioter could make some research and keep us posted, it would be deeply appreciated.
