MSI spoilers when starting the game

I can overcome the spoilers on the esports site by going directly to the VOD page, but I can't unsee the page I arrive on when I log in to league of legends. Is it possible to change that page so I don't get any spoilers? I've already suppressed esport popups so I don't see which match is playing but now I've got a giant picture of the MSI winners on the startup screen which kind of ruins a lot of the matches >_<
