Team 8 Could Be Something

In My opinion the most underrated team in the NA LCS is Team 8 and I don't think its outlandish to think that they may make top 4. Team 8 has Only room to improve and they have already shown strength, though inconsistent at times ,a strength that atm has given TSM their only lose as of week 3. They show a willingness to follow calls and hints of strong individual play as well as innovative ideas such as the Jarven early mid lane tower in the game against C9. They do show mishaps such as the TIP through by cali and some questionable calls at times but again only room to improve and with teams like Liquid and C9 heaving trouble they may be able to squeak into a top 4 spot as long as they can deal with Team gravity. This is just my opinion and C9 and liquid will undoubtedly get there stuff together but who knows.

Im curious how they will do once teams get more used to playing against them. There have been other teams that have won games on the back of non-standard comps/playstyles that other teams had trouble playing against, but fell off when more veteran teams began to figure them out.

They have some potential for sure, but I'm not so convinced that they have the experience and leadership needed to continue winning when other teams start to adapt to their playstyle.

It also seems like they are quite reliant on their top lane to carry, which has presented a lot of problems for teams in the past (WestRice and Complexity Gaming comes to mind as an example). The one time Team 8 ran a tank out of the top lane (i think it was Malphite), Calitrolz had little to no impact on the game
