why SSG and SSW not in LCK & World's?

hello guys

i donno how competitive league of legends work but i'm curious why SSG or SSW are not participating in the next world's championship and also did not play any games in 2019 LCK?

because theyre not active teams? either they sold their spot to another team or disbanded. Samsung White hasn't participated in LCS in 4 years
