I started playing League in August 2016 and only fell in love with Thresh after the last Worlds were over. Is it true that Championship skins come at the exact day Worlds starts?

..... thats only a month, and worlds haven't even started yet so soon (tm). though the only mention of championship skins being released are championship zed (that i know of)
if you want to know something in advance google surrender@20, they usually have information about the next patch or 2 and newly releasing skins.
