LCL Gambit - Vaevictus Game Remade With Different Draft

Тoday was incident in Russian LCL. Тhere was a game Gambit vs Vaevictus and Vaevictus lost draft hardly and were losing(their botlane ziggs was 0-2 and was about to die third time right before pause). Vaevictus paused the game and asked for a remake cuz of connection problems. But when they remade game and both teams(gambit were blue side) made same bans and gambits made the same first pick and... Vaevictus changed their picks surprisingly and their bans in second phase and then won game. That was so unfair but Russian Riot said everything was fine. Russian Riot refered to the rule 9.4.4 : "Controlled Environment. Certain conditions may be preserved in the event of a restart of a game that has not reached GOR, including, without limitation, picks/bans or Summoner spells. If, however, a match has reached GOR then LCS officials shall not retain any settings." But 9.4.4 isn't a rule. It's an example for illustration purposes of rule 9.4. Rule 9.4 says "Examples are listed below for purposes of illustration only" It opens the door for teams to DDoS themselves if their opponent picks a better team comp. IMHO the only way you can allow a rematch is that if the DDoS happens after both teams have completed Champ select so you can force both teams to pick the same champs. I think Vaevictus should get tech lose or they have to remade this game another day with those pick/bans or its unfair
