Hello riot I've been thinking about this from a long time my idea is making an Arabian LCS and a server in the middle east there's a lot of Arabian players in league of legends i know that most of them are good and i also know that they want league of legends to be a career for them most of them are from Saudi Arabia Kuwait United Arab Emirates i think it's a great idea

there is a percentage of arabian players that not less than 20% in the EU WEST and ENUE servers , those players "and i,am one of them" are suffering from the bad MS and the connection issues, a lot of arab has a passion and a far dream with league of legends, and making a server for them will be the most pleasing thing that Riot Games could do, and that surely will make me very gratefull and many of millions of arabic players around the world not only the middle east that contain arabic countries !. make that dream happen riot ! ♥ ^^ <3
if you make a server in middle east At Least We Play In a low ping server , Servers like euw,eune PING= 120-90. but in middle east it should be 20-60 PING.
Just wondering, but how many of those countries are religiously conservative with their culture? You might end up having a lot of champions retconned or overhauled to avoid offending them, in the event of a league being created in that region, like what happened when Graves lost his iconic cigar, or Karthus/Sion had to be modified to hide the bones/skeleton...
