Yes. One of these days NA is going to get super lenient on the "import slots rule", and SKT will use it to their advantage to win both the NALCS and LCK, becoming the first team to win worlds while also winning 2 different regions.

Yes, the region is getting better despite all the online trolls and eventually NA money will train and buy the best talent in the world. How long that will take is unknown though.

An NA team won The International in DOTA2 last year after a long period of that game being dominated by Korea and China.

It's not IMPOSSIBLE for that to happen in LoL either.
