I can't follow EU and NA, it's just too much, and I prefer NA's playstyle anyways. We could easily get a 4-man league going (7 starters, 3 subs each), 40 out of 50 NA players taken.
Unless they change league sizes, the smallest was 6 man. You could technically do it, but there would be 0 starters for subs (60 draft picks = 50 starters + 10 teams).
Hopefully you can find 3 like minded players and come to a verbal agreement to just choose from NA LCS. With regards to an NA only draft mode, I can't see that being implemented after the troubles they've had with Fantasy LCS over the last day.
