What kind of champions do Professional's use like in Live Matches and Tournaments.. I'm trying to find a perfect champion for me thats 4000+ IP, I was just wondering what kind of champions do they use.

Look here Number one rules or things someone ever would teach someone like you is
"Don't take what you see play in Pro scene because you're unlikely will be able to do what they do without practice" You don't just take a Champ because someone did well with it and think you can do the same.
There really isn't one 'perfect for all situations' champion. You need to pick the right champion your team needs, keeping in mind what your enemy team consists of. Then you have to pick the right runes/masteries and itemize correctly in game.
