Game at All Stars where all players first time new champions

All starts Idea where riot brings back 10 scrapped or creates brand new champions, just ones that are unreleased. Refines them just enough to be played in one game. Then randomly given to the players, with a premade rune list. Except the players don't get any information about their runes, champions, or abilities, until the loading screen. I would have so much fun watching ten professional league players all first-time champions in the same game.
