Recreational LoL league forming in Victoria, BC

Hey guys, I am organizing a weekly league in the Victoria area that will be just like a rec sports league but for gaming. Statistics will be recorded and presented to the players. Here is some general info:

We have tentatively scheduled games for Wednesday nights at 8pm.

The target start date is the beginning of June.

Right now we are thinking it is best to just play one game per night but have considered a best-of-three format... basically whatever you guys prefer.

There will be a "home" team identified on the schedule and they will be responsible for creating the game lobby - Current patch ranked queue settings will apply (no custom settings).

The team captain of the winning team will submit a screenshot of the final score screen to this address([email protected]). (make sure everyone's stats are visible so they can be entered into the "database")

We will update player and team stats within a few days and provide everyone with weekly updates regarding league standings and individual player stats.

At the end of the season, there will be playoffs. Best-of-three format will probably be in effect at this time... because playoffs.

There will be prizes for the winning team and maybe individual prizes as well for players that lead the league in specific categories.

Registration fee is tentatively set at $10 per person ($50 per team) but this can be adjusted if the consensus is that players want a more exciting prize pool.
