How do i join a team and go to tournaments

Im not talking about major lcs teams im talking about minor teams that have a chance to go to the lcs and how i can join a team like that i am kinda new to league so i was wondering if i could get a answer on how i would be able to join a team.

First hit Challenger Rank. Then join the Challenger Series. Then speak with major team managers and get drafted for world class LCS teams.
