Just-For-Fun ARAMs?

I was discussing this idea with a friend recently. We'd like to see two teams selected at the end of the week's EU LCS and NA LCS to play against each other in an ARAM game just for fun. And it would be cool if viewers could wager a small amount of IP (say, capped at 25) on which team will win after the rolls are finalized. Something similar to how TwitchPlaysPokemon had randomized battles with spectator wagers. I know such a wagering system may bring in legal consequences so it might not be feasible. But I just liked the idea and thought I'd share it.
