Kikis
Kikis
Throughout Kikis' LCS career, his eyes have been set on attending Worlds, which is what makes his departure from the Unicorns of Love last July so surprising. This is despite a history of jumping from team to team, racking up an impressive number during his storied career. The Unicorns had been having a great Summer Split and ended the year with three separate opportunities to attend the 2015 World Championship. Had Kikis stuck around, there's no telling whether the team might have proceeded onto the Worlds stage. Instead, he forewent the chance to achieve his dream and jumped ship.

"There were a lot of different reasons for the decision, but most important to me was the way our communication works and that not everyone is on the same page when it comes to work ethic,” Kikis wrote in a post on Facebook, explaining his departure. “I don't feel like I can show my fans what I'm capable of in UOL."
From this we can discern that just reaching Worlds wasn’t enough; he also wanted to do it on a team that lived up to his expectations. Even so, making the decision to leave a top-tier LCS team with a solid chance at making Worlds must have been difficult.
He played Shaco in the LCS.
Kikis landed at Gamers2 (now G2 Esports), a Challenger Series team busy aiming for the EU LCS -- not an easy accomplishment, and one Kikis had failed at achieving in the past as a member of SK Gaming Prime. This time, though, through a mixture of his excellent jungling skills and larger-than-life personality (not to mention his stylish scarves), he helped G2 into Promotions and eventually past once-proud SK Gaming to secure a spot in the EU LCS.
As unpredictable as Kikis is away from the stage, he can be even more of a wildcard on the Rift. While he was with the Unicorns of Love, Kikis was known for taking liberties with the meta, and his experiments in the jungle introduced picks that would spread to other regions as well. An impressive performance on jungle Shaco led the Unicorns to victory against Gambit Gaming in the 2015 Spring Playoffs, quickly becoming a Solo Queue favourite around the world.
Another of Kikis' popular experiments, jungle Twisted Fate, led to improvements being made to the patience system that jungle monsters use to regenerate health. This was brought about by his exploitation of certain champions' ranged attacks and mastery of the jungle to farm without taking damage. His skills made all sorts of non-junglers a viable pocket pick, and had a strong effect on the meta at the time.
Kikis' unpredictability as a jungler will no doubt translate well to the top lane, where we've seen many champions become incredibly strong over the last season. His ability to manipulate the meta in such a care free, but skillful, way could mean we see some surprising top lane picks for his G2 debut.
We're confident Kikis can develop the same sort of fan support on G2 Esports as he did during his time with the Unicorns of Love, so only two questions remain: Will 2016 be the year he finally makes it to Worlds? And, perhaps just as importantly, what kind of scarves has he got in the wardrobe this time?
