Try to send in a support ticket. I have no knowledge if this is something they can do, but there is a much greater chance of Support getting you an answer than through the boards. Riot support does a great job of answering and responding to questions and request tickets. Every interaction I have with Riot Support is started and resolved within 48 hours.
