Broadcasted live at twitch.tv/teamdarkwave Two teams will battle for supremacy and points towards our amateur lol tournament qualifier on Aug 8th, 2015 which will grant you a chance at $500 for their team in a pre-made 5v5 amateur LOL tournament !!

1. Your Team Name in League
2. Your Team Captains name
3. Your Starting 5 players that are currently on your established ranked 5s team
4. You may include 3 substitutes that are on your current roster.
5. Your ranked 5s team must have a ranked tier in the current patch 5.12.

Things that may disqualify your team:

1. 15 min late to FIGHT NIGHT promotion match
2. Smurfing
3. General toxicity towards members of the community or staff
4. Any misconduct featured in the Riot Code of Conduct (please see official Riot website for code of conduct) 5 Names deemed inappropriate by Dark Wave Gaming may be subject to change or an immediate DQ
