Why is NA LCS video quality better than EU LCS (and the others)?

For me, the NA LCS video quality is ways better than EU LCS and I don't understand why. Note, it is not because of my bandwidth or something, not just for one week, but for every single week. Every single week, I turn on my computer to watch NA LCS and realize its video quality is ways better. My guess is because of the VGA. Maybe the NA LCS production team uses a different video card?

Does anybody have the same observation?

there exactly the same quality to me, maybe you don't get a good connection to where the broadcast is situated, as its internet broadcasted this can happen.

try a different service though i.e.

Twitch Youtube Azubu

other broadcast it as well i think but those 3 are the sponsored links i believe.
