Regarding LCK's AF All-Stars

I was going through the All-Star voting. When I was deciding on LCK junglers, I noticed that SeongHwan, Afreeca Freecs substitute jungler, was not present in the vote. I switch over to top lane, and I see Lindarang, AF substitute top laner, available for voting. Is it due to SeongHwan not playing enough games on Afreeca Freecs?

Yeah, he didn't play enough games to qualify. 20% minimum of games played during the Summer split or at Worlds to qualify.
