Hour of Turmoil's Plat+ Higher Elo Tournament: Since High Elo won't show, it's your chance Lower Elo

I promoted this tournament the best I could but for some reason the Higher Elo teams decided not to show. In light of this I decided to open the tournament up just for the sake of warm bodies. Of course I would prefer Plat plus players, but if they won't show up to a tournament designed for them then oh well.

The toournament has been reduced to just a playoffs bracket. If at least 8 teams show up, then the tournament will continue. If less than 8 teams show up, then the tournament will be canceled.

Come on Higher Elo players, this is your tournament! Show the Lower Elo players why you are considered High Elo.
