what makes NA server the weakest in lol
i don't understand, NA is the origin of league. Why?

Gaming Culture in other regions of the world is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than in North America.
Look at Korea, China, EU. They have better gaming cultures. What do I mean by gaming culture?
The way society looks at gaming, aside from people 30 and younger majority of the US still looks at gaming in a negative light because they see it as a waste of time with no benefits (even my cousins that are 30-34 see it as a waste of time). So you are shamed for playing video games all the time (as I have experienced, even just recently). With no support from people it makes it hard for anyone that is good to continue to want to play. The only people that really only play video games past 22-25+ are people that don't have much OR don't care for societal standards. (Like hardcore gaming, not Yeah I play X when it comes out then go back to real life stuff) the type of people that spend 6-8 hours playing a day.
On top of that, gaming companies in the US don't make 4 different servers. They normally make 1 or 2 servers. I would recommend US North, US East, US West, and US South. US North being in Chicago, US East being in Charlotte, US West being in San Fran, and US South being in Austin. But that is too pricey. So we will always have lope sided matchs because of internet/ping issues. Talented players on 80 ping vs slightly higher than average players on 20 ping. And vice versa. Where as in Korea/China/EU they have lower pings (If they are playing on the correct server).
Finally, mentality of the player. NA has a real mental problem. NA players shut down when they are doing poorly. And when I say shut down. I don't mean that they just stop or that they start to perform significantly worse. I mean that they are not actively thinking. Meaning that they auto pilot. Plenty of people auto pilot almost every single game and stop thinking or typing to assess what is going on. League has made it so that you can auto pilot to a higher degree with macro changes over the seasons.
You compile all of these into one server and it makes sense as to why it takes NA players longer to improve over time.
I wouldn't be against having a organization in NA to help improve gaming culture. Something that helped improve the view of gaming culture. Right now would be the best time to start some type of organization to do that. A circuit type tournament held by the org using plenty of different games to show off the skills that players need to have. The Circuit includes.
MOBA's, shooters, RTS's, etc. So an example would be.
League, R6S, SC2, and SSBU as the primary starters for Circuit 2020. With minor events that also grant points for things like speedrunning, survival, etc.
Major events are equal to 2 minor events. 4 major events to 8 minor events. Every team can have 11 members on its rosters to cover the different areas. No members are allowed to have been part of the pro scene as to not fuck with the individual pro scenes. This would influence a want for people to become good at multiple games and be able to show off their skills. And gives people an option of becoming a good overall gamer vs a specialized gamer.
Ofc this is a long ways away, but it is something that would be nice to have in the US.
constantly buying new players, not even trying to build a team. eu had to make a team from 0 many times cause na bought all their players. the mentality here is just way better.
also na gave up on being competitive and instead became a merchandise region that is in sellout mode. must suck as na fan, but the best thing you can get from na is funny streamers and cool chairs with team logos.
also making a game doesnt mean youre good at it.
NA doesn't give a fuck compared to everyone else, they are just spoiled rotten
NA has the same problem Korea has and a few others
The way they play the game is mistake aversive and the moment a player makes a play that can fail only 40% of the time they aren't prepared for it (doublelift getting bodied by alistar) plenty of such examples they don't train to play the game they train the matchups
it's great to know matchups until wunder goes pyke top against you for the first time and you have no idea what to do because you don't know how to play the game
thats pretty much NA a theory school
Korea has that as well but they at least train on 10ping consistently so their mechanics are just way superior but the last 2 years they showed the same lack of game knowledge
Sometimes the most simplest answers are the right ones
*Solo Q and VODS
Sure solo Q is important but that's ALL that NA players(LCS) care about! I'm so sick and tired when it comes to pro players thinking it's all about solo Q and how many games you play etc instead of studying for your opponents through vod reviews. We've all seen when it comes to coaches vod reviewing with the players they are either asleep, texting or not paying attention EVEN WHEN THEY ARE BEING FILMED ON THEIR SHOWS!!!!!
Is vod reviewing more or less important than solo Q........who knows. However, they don't seem to care much about vod reviewing but at the same time, complain at how garbage the solo Q is....baffles my mind.
NA's back-to-back-to-back-to-back NA LCS Champions Team Liquid's own D-Lift was interviewed 2-3 weeks before Worlds (I can't find the video ATM) but I'm paraphrasing but Ovilee the interviewer said, ' are you studying for your opponents(AHQ and IG at the time DWG wasn't announced) and he said something like, ' I don't know a single person on AHQ' ' and it's not my job to look at other teams and their games, it's the coaches to tell me to do so' One of NA's best, Team Liquid's leader and one of the most well known players won't take the initiative...who will?
Long......... LONG story short: We...don't....care and if we did we would have changed and adapted a long time ago. 6-10 years have passed and even when Korea was at their weakest for the past 2 years we STILL couldn't do much of anything on the International stage. I know this is really about International but let's just say NA gets a better server/s and such..... and we STILL SUCK on the International stage................yeah... RIP NA LCS(if people aren't done with it already).
