LoL Esports Watch Rewards

I can not get any platform or browser to work for updating rewards when I watch a VOD. I have tried on my computer, tablet and phone. I have tried on LoL Esports App, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge. It shows my account as logged in and tracking awards but doesn't update. It also will not say watch rewards are properly set up for your account even though I have tried opting out and opting back in again. Please help.
