c9 vs YFW Sneaky's item

I am trying to figure out how sneaky had 2 items built at 35 mins with over 300 cs 2 kills and like 10 assists. c9 had atleast 6 towers at this point too. What the hell happened to all his gold? He was sitting on Triforce and BT for like 20 fucking minutes.
