How to join the NACC ??

Um im 12 and i would really like to start playing at a competitive level ?? I just finished my promos to silver 5 so you guys should know im not bad. It says i have to be in a college to join though, which is stupid !! Can anyone help me?:)

I'm not sure what your point is. You want to join a college championship without being in college. Stop trolling please.
