1v1 Tourney Rules

Not sure if there's a standard ruleset for 1v1s, but the way we've done it at past All-Star tournaments has been like this:

Champ Select: Blind Draft (3 bans like Draft Mode, then players pick their champions like Blind Pick). Win Conditions: First player to take a tower, OR reach 100 CS OR kill the opposing champion.

No restrictions on item choices or going back. Mid lane only (no going into jungle or past lane's side brush)
