How is it 2018 with Relegation?

I have to say, I tried to find out, how relegation works in 2018. My beloved team did not very good last and sadly only ok this split, how is it 2018 in EU LCS? I haven't found any official document on the website (which does not mean there is none). Can someone explain me the momentary system? Sincerely Shaliquor

With the transition to franchising systems for EU planned in 2019, there will not be a relegation (that and there was no specific Challenger Series so how could there have been). However the ten teams in the league are not ensured of a spot for next spring either. At this point it is completely stay tuned and hope you don't get an Immortals fallout.
