Interpreting some quotes from some Rioters and the picks by Pro-players this MSI as if they were responses to them.

Riot: "Pyke is a support champion. We are confident that we have adjusted him so that he will sit comfortably on the botlane as a support." Pro Esport Player: "Let's play him toplane." (Wunder - picks Pyke top - MSI Semi-Finals)

==================== Riot: "We are satisfied that the changes that we have made have returned the meta to where it should be botlane. Marksman are back to where they are supposed to be."

Pro esport players: "What were they saying?" (Teddy - picks Sona- MSI Semi-Finals) "I don't know." (Mata picks - Taric- MSI Semi-Finals)

"I think they said something about marksman...but I didn't get the message." (Perkz - picks Syndra botlane carry).

Get the message Riot. Your game is still messed up from the garbage you foisted on us last season. Fix it.

Not even challenger soloq can compare to strats used in pro play.

Basically look at it this way: Pro play league is different game than one we play.

What exactly is your problem? That champions are versitile enough to be played in different roles?

And here we are...bashing Riot again for something that gets played pro in a way that works for a cohesive team and/or has been known possible in SoloQ before this...Karthus

Making fun of the diversity just shows you either want the game (let alone competitive) to go back to pre-8.11 or every champion to be to a specific role and only that role for your own hubris. That doesn't work that way. Otherwise we'd never have innovation. No MF Support, Soraka Mid, Mordekaiser, Irelia, or Yasuo Bot. That kind of stagnation gets boring and has for years competitively! You can just go back to the amount of posts had on these boards that were tired of the same champs per position for multiple patches and offered mess like "LeT's PErMa BAn tHE chAmP fOr tHE rESt oF tHe SeRiEs." Yeah, that would have done things like enforce this Pyke pick which wasn't even the first time seen.
