It all comes down to this, the final event of the 2015 World Championship. It’s time for the ultimate showdown in Berlin between the top two teams who will face-off to be crowned world champions. Here’s the important information that you need to secure your seat at Finals below:

Tickets

Q: When do Finals tickets go on sale?
A: An extremely limited quantity of Finals tickets will go on sale on Thursday, September 10 at 8 AM PDT / 5 PM CEST via Eventim. The initial batch of tickets went on sale in July.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets are €59.55 / $65.38* for lower level/floor seats and €45.75 / $50.23* for upper level seats, plus applicable fees. All ticket prices will be listed in Euros on the ticket site.

*US Dollar prices are estimates based on current Euro to USD conversion rates and are subject to change.

Q: Can you confirm the ticket prices after all fees and taxes?
A: Fees vary based on the individual buyer since you might need to pay taxes based on your location. Fees also vary on how you decide to receive your ticket such as e-ticket, will call, mailing, etc. Find out more information over on Eventim.

Q: What languages is the ticket site available in?
A: German and English.

Q: Do I have to make an account to buy tickets?
A: Yes, Eventim requires an account to purchase tickets. To save time, we recommend that you sign-up and create an account before tickets go live.

Q: Will there be a queue/waiting page for tickets?
A: If the event is in high enough demand, an automatic system will go live to mitigate the traffic for Finals. Remember that being in the queue or lobby doesn’t guarantee that you’ll be able to purchase tickets.

Q: Are seats assigned? I want to sit with my friends.
A: If you want to sit with your friends, buy tickets together. Seats are assigned for every ticket.

Q: Where are the best seats in the house? What does the setup look like?
A: As we announced in our Semifinals Q&A, for the first time at a World Championship, we’ll be presenting both Semifinals and Finals ‘theatre-in-the-round’ - meaning that the action will be in the center of the venue with the audience around it rather than our traditional stage setup. This central staging setup allows us to welcome more fans and maximize the view from each seat at Finals.

Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable.

Q: How many tickets can I purchase at once?
A: Six tickets may be purchased per order.

Q: When will more tickets go on sale?
A: An extremely limited quantity of Finals tickets will go on sale on Thursday, September 10 at 8 AM PDT / 5 PM CEST via Eventim. For more information on other World stage tickets, visit our Worlds ticketing guide

Q: What about the premium seats listed on the venue website?
A: Premium tickets are €99, plus applicable fees, and are sold directly from the venue, Mercedes-Benz Arena. The Premium Shop is only available in German.

Event

Q: Where is Finals?
A: Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin, Mercedes-Platz 1, 10243 Berlin, Germany (Google Maps)

For your navigation system, enter Mühlenstraße 12-30, 10243 Berlin-Friedrichshain

Q: When is Finals?
A: Finals takes place on October 31.

Q: What games are being played at Finals?
A: The final two teams will face-off in a Best of 5 to determine who will be crowned the 2015 World Champions. We won’t know the final two teams until Semifinals are done.

Q: What language will the live commentary of the event be in at Finals?
A: Live commentary in Berlin will be in English.

Q: Will there be radios with other languages available?
A: We'll have options to listen with other languages available.

Q: When does Finals start?
A: The show begins at 12:00 PM CET with some pre-game analysis and the opening ceremony.

Q: When do doors open at Finals?
A: Doors open at 10:00 AM CET.

Q: Will there be other events (cosplay, merch, etc) at Finals?
A: We’re still working on our final plans so we’ll confirm when we we get closer to the event. Cosplayers and costumes are welcome especially since the Finals takes place on on Halloween!

Q: Is there an age restriction for players to attend Finals?
A: The venue requires all attendees under 12 be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. The accompanying adult is required to have a valid ticket for the event.

Venue

Q: What’s the best way to get to Mercedes-Benz Arena?
A: Head on over to the Arena’s Getting There & Parking page for more information on your transportation options.

Q: Wait, I thought Finals was at O2 World (Berlin), did you change venues?
A: In July, O2 World (Berlin) rebranded to Mercedes-Benz Arena. It’s still the same venue that we confirmed in our Worlds venue announcement.

Q: Is there parking available at the arena?
A: Yes, head on over to the Mercedes-Benz Arena Parking page for directions and details.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drink into the arena? Where can I smoke? Can I bring a backpack to the arena?
A: Mercedes-Benz Arena has an extensive FAQ that will answer most of your questions and outlines the venue’s policies.

Don’t miss any of the journey toward Worlds as teams begin to qualify for the 2015 World Championship in August and September.

Sold out in 3 Minutes. I had them on my shopping card and then got kicked to main page and then they are sold out.

BattleX EUW7/29/2015, 3:14:33 PM15 votes

What a horrible way of selling tickets, had 4 computers set-up and all we got was "Please wait 30 seconds" on every one of them. Once you clicked on how many tickets you wanted , Poof main page again....and wait 30 seconds...

Riot, Eventim is one of the worst ticket sellers EVER!

I've been trying to buy tickets from 17PM sharp and all I got is this louzy loading screen. 10 minutes later, it says no tickets available. GG RIOT

Yo to anyone who booked everything and didnt get a ticket, we should set up a huge-ass bootleg viewing party and all watch the stream from outside and then have a night out in Berlin.

If interested reply and/or add me and we can make a big event of it item 3025

thats cool, already dropped 3 grand on plane tickets to go and now i cant get tickets when I was in the queue before they even went onsale.

Romp7/29/2015, 3:39:32 PM5 votes

I think the Eventim website was a huge let down for people looking to buy tickets, i was waiting for an hour before the tickets were going live constantly refreshing etc etc had them in shopping cart and got kicked. I feel like this was such a lottery system rather than a queued experience.

For somebody who has already bought their airfare to berlin this is a major disappointment that the purchasing of tickets wasnt a simpler task. I feel the experience i had on the Eventim website was horrible and am very disappointed Riot used this website to sell tickets to the world championship finals.

Dsiefus7/29/2015, 3:16:52 PM5 votes

I entered at the exact second that the tickets were on sale, just selected the desired amount, and PUF! Please wait... for 7-8 minutes, until then it changes to the eventim home page, no info or whatever. And in another computer, I select what I wanted (after 7 minutes!) and nothing...

I wonder who the hell got their tickets then.

Sinstinct7/29/2015, 3:40:23 PM5 votes

Honestly Riot games , You used such a balanced system for EVERYONE to get a ticket... So many of us have waited for such a long time eagerly awaiting 29th of July , 17:00 CEST to finally buy those Tickets, so many of us wanted to know what it feels like to be in the venue watching 2 teams clash for the world champions title, AND WHAT DO WE GET? WE get unfairness, Ofcourse we didn't lose our money. but i'd give a milion to go there now.. Use another ticket system. and maybe your fanbase won't be left off unsatisfied... Are you kidding me?! Tickets sold out in SEVEN MINUTES! I was quick enough and clicked to buy 4 tickets, but the website just lagged and the tickets never went into my shopping cart, and by the time I refreshed the page, at 5:07pm CEST, they were all sold out, and my shopping cart was empty. Ridiculous, my friends and I really wanted to go.

FaelReklaw7/29/2015, 4:11:37 PM4 votes

I ve been waiting for months for this event, I really wanted to go, i was in checkout and i was kicked. I am 27 and i really love lol i would get a day off from my work to go to berlin and see the final. This is ridiculus after so much effort to go away empty handed i am really disapointed

Pikun7/29/2015, 3:18:47 PM4 votes

Same. Waited for the 1st second after 5pm and got in a long queue just to find out tickets were sold out. DEPRESSED and DISAPPOINTED

blankrasur7/29/2015, 3:21:03 PM4 votes

Well done Riot, well done. Worst ticket seller ever. And so much about the "this Stadium is big enough".

Guess I have to switch to Dota if I ever want to see some live action. :/

Food Lovaro Uxl7/29/2015, 3:11:20 PM4 votes

Sold out in fcking 8 minutes? :O - It took me that long to even get through the queue WOW!

Ptitlaby7/27/2015, 3:03:40 PM3 votes

Does anyone Rioter could give me more information about the venue set up especially regarding the Premium Seats (http://www.mercedes-benz-arena-berlin.de/en/premium/premium-seats) ?

I may consider paying the extra price if I am guaranteed that the Premium seats will be the best location to sit.

If anyone knows, or if it's not fixed yet, please tell me :)

Westmere7/29/2015, 3:18:25 PM3 votes

Best way to sell tickets spend 11mins in waiting room and then nothing. GG rito.

Reznìk7/29/2015, 3:46:19 PM3 votes

Well fuckin done, i've booked already plane and hotel and obviusly the tickets are already sold at 5.02 pm. You planned that too well riot

Arinea7/29/2015, 3:46:48 PM3 votes

Yeah this was a huge waste of time, after I clicked add to cart about 30 seconds after sale started I was stuck for 6 Minutes or longer in this waiting room and then no tickets in cart and sold out.

I even tried to call the hotline, they just told me, well the server is expected to crash, when many people want to buy at once (so basically shit happens)

Really bad website and big disappointment for me.

Dragonfire Dive7/29/2015, 3:47:32 PM3 votes

Again the luck not on my side. Wanted to see Worlds now for multiple years and never managed to get there. This year it is in my homecountry and I still cant go. Would have meant so much to me to see the game life where me and my boyfriend met on..... Amumu

kat1e947/29/2015, 3:49:45 PM3 votes

The website/functioning for being able to buy the tickets is ridulcous. 5:01 had 6 tickets purchased went into my basket and a loading page just came up for 2 minutes, then after that my basket was empty. After clicking the purchase button the tickets should automatically be ours! Severe let down by the ticket company and by league of legends..

Sunquick7/29/2015, 3:50:04 PM3 votes

fuck you Riot and fuck you Eventim, this is such a bullshit!!

Hoeftii7/29/2015, 3:22:48 PM2 votes

Cmon Riot pls. How the hell can all the tickets be gone already? Im super sad right now i really wanted to go with my friends.

HonZuna7/29/2015, 3:18:19 PM2 votes

MNS Spike7/29/2015, 3:37:52 PM2 votes

Riot what have u done ? people have been waiting for such a long time for those tickets and now u cant get them because of stupid website? 3min and all tickets are gone !! IM SO MAD!!!!!!!

Zarensmith7/29/2015, 4:35:39 PM2 votes

Last year sold out with 45k seats, better downgrade to 17k GG riot

Pikun7/29/2015, 9:09:12 PM2 votes

I don't know what upsets me the most. The fact that I did not get tickets for me and my friends, or that hundreds of tickets were bought by people who just meant to resell them for a higher price. That should have not been allowed to happen.

Thinh7/29/2015, 3:47:00 PM2 votes

Why not in the fking Olympiastadium?!

Raynolf7/29/2015, 5:36:04 PM2 votes

This is bullshit. How can you fail so hard in ticket selling, rito? needed to finance scammers?

Jack Mana7/29/2015, 6:00:07 PM2 votes

im in the same, wtf is this? you got hacked riot? this is not fucking okay, i been sitting all day ready for this. hell all fucking year! i add tickets to basket, and then nothing happens for like 15 min, and then refreash and sold out. wtf ! this is not okay, not cool riot. give us and update. are they sold, or what the fyling fuck is happening ?

Ofelie8/26/2015, 6:57:51 PM2 votes

Riot, any comments for all the fans you let down? You should have known it would end like this, and there should be no tolerance for third party sites that sells your tickets, to YOUR event! Use systems that require full name on every ticket, so others that aren't interested in the event can't earn money on us fans.

Everyone should have the same chance of getting a certain ticket, and there should not be such thing that it's only available in a certain language or in the country. Everyone should have a chance to at least once see Worlds, and not having to pay over price.

If we are so important as you say, maybe you should show it better by actually responding properly to us and not writing about how to set up your own viewer party. As such a big company, you have a responsibility. And if you can't even respond to the complains, maybe you shouldn't even host such events if you can't face the reality. You let us down, and I hope that you some time in the future can make it up for everyone. summoner 31
