Worlds Stream Start Time

Is anyone else annoyed at the fact that the World's schedule is off? The time that each team plays adjust to where you're at. So I'm in Texas (Central Time) which means 9AM, but when you watch the stream on Twitch. It shows that the game actually doesn't start until 56 minutes from now...and it's 9:15AM. Running behind on the first day, I can understand. It's the FIRST day. However, two days in a row is a little ridiculous. Someone should be there to update the schedule to be more accurate. It's not nice to keep the fans waiting.
